His majesty confirmed about this project that will be developed n\by Cities Real Estate that this project will include the erection more than 200 towers and about 2700 residential villas and also will include about 20.000 residential units which will be for the academic members whom the belong to working academic in the city .that estimated to be more than 400 academic establishment specialized. Also it has been agreed to bring about 150 establishments. Cities Real Estate has planned that this project ti be an international and regional vision to submit the most modern educational services in all over the world .  The plan of this project including all recreation facilities and the development residential living which will be same as the international standard. we will erect about 4 international hotels ( Five Stars ) and about 4 international marketing centers prepared to have parking for 10.000 cars . in addition to erect about 4 biggest recreation centers in the world . His majesty advised that all costs put into his consideration either for the academic staff that will get benefits through the services of the city of the developed staff.
