Moreover, they shall participate in workshops along with multi road shows program in accordance with monthly sector and benefit from meeting businessmen and their entities desiring to invest on a monthly basis according to program sector agenda from 30 April 2020 to 30 April 2021.

2. Information Listing for the Investment Opportunities or any of the approved services in Traveler Guide during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati program for Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021.

In return for participation in the Economy Bronze category as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have the chance to list its investment opportunities or any of the approved services of the program in the Traveler Guide’s printed and digital editions. Traveler Guide is considered the first Saudi-Emirati marketing promotional information reference that contains important information about the general law, tariffs, exports and imports; it is the approved reference for the agenda of the Multi Road Shows Program events throughout the year; and it shall be

printed in one million and five hundred thousand copies in Arabic and English. Furthermore, it is considered the largest medium of advertising spread worldwide. The copies shall be distributed to all official entities such as airports, chambers of commerce, and embassies of both countries around the world;

Your entity shall list its information material concerning your investment opportunities within a hundred words sorted by: trade name, logo, activity, branches and commercial agencies, in order to market your investment opportunities and obtain any services. In addition to more than six thousands of listed Saudi-Emirati investment opportunities distributed over the twelve most important economic sectors, with a marketing value of more than one hundred and fifty billion US dollars which will be presented within the Road Shows Program to other investment entities on a monthly basis;

Your entity shall get (100) copies;

Your entity shall have the membership in the digital version of the Traveler Guide, which enables your entity to update your information periodically throughout the year, and shall reach the subscribers directly through the mobile phones. In addition, information listing allows your entity to get access to the largest database with accurate content on investment opportunities and their entities.

Your Entity shall obtain International Concierge Service within Traveler Guide, covering two executive officials in your entity for full year as follows:

• a. Membership of the registration service for licenses and commercial registers of entities desiring to establish new branches or new entities in Saudi Arabia and Emirates.
• b. Membership of tariff rates for renting and owning local, regional and global residential and commercial real estate.
• c. Membership of free international roaming service for two persons, for a full year.

• d. Membership of special prices services for international flight tickets for two persons, for a full year, via Traveler Guide portal.
• e. Membership of special prices services for transportations for two persons, for a full year, via Traveler Guide portal.
• f. Membership of special prices services for international and local hotel reservations for two persons, for a full year, via Traveler Guide portal.
• g. Membership of local and international remote e-shopping services for more than billion products, for two persons, via Traveler Guide portal.
• h. Membership of traveler international insurance policy services for two persons, for full year, via Traveler Guide portal.
• i. Membership of cash back services by 30% of all purchases through Traveler Guide portal, for two persons, via Traveler Guide portal.

3. Promotional Campaign in Arabic and English for a period of twelve months in Daily Digital Magazine of Business & Finance Club

In return for participation in the Economy Bronze category as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have the chance to list the advertising material in Arabic and English in the form of a pixel bar, and updating the advertising and editorial material monthly to be re-published for twelve months along with launching Multi Road Shows Program from 30 April 2020 to 30 April 2021.

4. Promotional Campaign for Twelve Months through Social Media Engines

In return for participation in the Economy Bronze category as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities

and Multi Road Shows 2019/2020, ………… shall obtain monthly listing of advertising and promotional information. So that your entity may offer their investment opportunities or any other approved services of the program on the most important social media platforms, by 500 advertising messages distributed to the most important social media engines for twelve months with forty messages monthly. The promotional material shall be updated and re-published for twelve months along with launching Multi Road Shows Program from 30 April 2020 to 30 April 2021.

5. Total Cost:

In return for your entity’s participation in Economy Bronze category as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment) during the #72_hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, and enjoying all the items of the contract, the total value shall be only USD 6000 (Six thousand dollars) payable by a cheque to the Business and Finance Group.
