Crown Prince: Vision Realization projects yield extraordinary achievements

Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier, also the defense minister, and chairperson of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA) stated that the initiatives those are aimed at achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030 have achieved excellent results while addressing the socio-economic problems in the last five years.

The Crown Prince also thanked King Salman, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, for his unwavering support throughout and his immense concern for the Project. He also praised the achievements of all the government departments in addressing and solving numerous obstacles over the past year.

The Crown Prince praised the valuable insights that have been accumulated, saying that they strengthened the hope in achieving the Vision's objectives. “Many tasks need to be achieved on different levels to meet the hoped-for and expected aims of Vision 2030,” he added.

In the meantime, a CEDA meeting discussed the Vision's accomplishments over the past five years since its inception. The Vision's previous years were primarily focused on developing infrastructure, constructing structural and legislative frameworks, developing public policy, and empowering strategies. Now its next step will be more focused on following up on deployment, accelerating milestones, and further strengthening the involvement of citizens and the private sector engagement.
