#72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021.

1. Information Listing for the Investment Opportunities or any of the Multi-services in Traveler Guide during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati program

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have the chance to list its investment opportunities or any of the approved services of the program in the Traveler Guide’s printed and digital editions. Traveler Guide is considered the approved reference for the agenda of the Multi Road Shows Program events with the purpose of marketing your investment opportunities. In addition to more than six thousand listed investment opportunities with a marketing value of more than one hundred and fifty billion US dollars. It shall be printed in one million and five hundred thousand copies, and considered the largest medium of advertising spread worldwide directly on a regular basis. Those copies shall be distributed to all official entities such as airports, embassies and the chambers of commerce, and shall contain important information about the general law, tariffs, exports and imports, listed entities within the stock markets, the prices of residential and commercial real estate, events and exhibitions. Also, your entity shall get (2000) copies, and the logo of your entity is printed on its front cover. In addition, your entity shall have the link to the Traveler Guide, which enables your entity to update your information periodically throughout the year, and shall reach the subscribers directly through the mobile phones, so that your entity shall get the largest database with accurate content, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

2. Monthly/Annual Road Shows Program

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a

registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have the chance for five of its executive officers to participate, attend, and introduce the investment opportunities or any other services, through the Multi Road Shows Program over a period of 12 months according to your monthly sector. The executive officers at your entity shall be able to meet with businessmen and their entities desiring to make investments, and your executive officers shall receive important services, starting from providing the flight tickets (business class) from the country of departure to the country of destination, to hotel accommodation, and transportation in case the road show is held outside your city. Moreover, your entity shall participate in the sector-specific workshop by offering investment opportunities for your entity. Five of your entity’s executive officers shall also participate and attend twelve visits between the two countries on a monthly basis, according to the program agenda, which shall be provided to you. In addition, your entity shall obtain promotional materials in the form of Roll Up for 6 lists including the advertising material, the name of your entity, and the type of your investment opportunity, and shall be distributed within the road shows on a monthly basis for twelve times according to the approved program, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

3. International Concierge Service (Platinum) Traveler Guide

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain the international concierge services through the Traveler Guide program for 20 executive officers at your entity:

• Membership of the registration service for licenses and commercial register of the new entities in Saudi cites and the UAE cites (Dubai).

• Your entity shall get the information listing in the monthly printed edition of Business and Finance Club Magazine for a full year.
• Your entity shall get the promotional advertisement listing in the daily digital edition of Business and Finance Club Magazine, and the advertising material content shall be updated according to your desire on a monthly basis for a full year.
• Your entity shall get a monthly public relations service, represented in the information listing in the Business and Finance Club Magazine, 200 words in Arabic and English, which shall be published monthly by the public relations for twelve months.
• Membership of the investment opportunities listing service in the Traveler Guide program.
• Membership of free roaming service for more than one hundred and ninety countries worldwide for a full year.
• Membership of the international insurance policy service all over the world, in addition to the Americas for a full year.
• Membership of the global e-shopping service for over one billion and 200 million products for a full year.
• Membership of special prices service on the local and international hotel reservations for a full year.
• Membership of special prices service locally and internationally on car rental reservations for a full year.
• Membership of the tariff service for the residential and commercial investment Property.
• Membership of the Cash Back service, up to 30% of the value of purchases through Traveler Guide.
• Membership of medical diagnosis and treatment in all categories through local and international hospitals and clinics for a full year.

4. Promotional Advertising Campaign and Registration Program within the Form of (Unlimited Investment)

Saudi and Emirati Newspapers Campaign In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited

Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain an editorial content twice a month in two Saudi-Emirati newspapers. The content shall include general information about your entity, the investment opportunities that your entity wishes to market, or any of the approved services in the program. The contents shall be repeated and re-published twice after being updated for three months.

5. Monthly/Annual Advertising Campaign in the Business and Finance Club Magazine in Arabic, for a Full Year 2020-2021

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain two A3 advertising pages in Arabic, offset by editorial content on two A3 pages. The advertising and editorial content shall be updated and listed on a monthly basis in the monthly editions, coinciding with the promotional campaign program for a full year, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

6. Monthly/Annual Advertising Campaign in the Business and Finance Club Magazine in English, for a Full Year 2020-2021

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain two A3 advertising pages in English, offset by editorial content on two A3 pages. The advertising and editorial content shall be updated and listed on a monthly basis in the monthly editions, coinciding with the promotional campaign program for a full year, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

7. Daily Press Advertising Campaign in Arabic in the Digital Business and Finance Club Magazine, for a Full Year 2020-2021

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain the chance to list editorial content of 150 words. The content shall be specific to marketing the investment opportunities of your entity. In addition to listing the advertising material (two bars in Arabic and English and two bars in the form of a pixel bar), as well as updating the advertising and editorial material on a monthly basis, periodically for 12 months, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

8. Daily Press Advertising Campaign in English in the Digital Business and Finance Club Magazine, for a Full Year 2020-2021

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain the chance to list the content of 150 words. The content shall be specific to marketing the investment opportunities of your entity. In addition to listing the advertising material (two bars in Arabic and English and two bars in the form of a pixel bar), as well as updating the advertising and editorial material on a monthly basis, periodically for 12 months, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

9. Quarterly Public Relations Campaign

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain the public relations campaign which includes a monthly press content of 150 words containing the investment opportunities that you wish to market, or any other approved services of the program. The contents shall be updated monthly and published through the most important offices of public relations in Saudi Arabia and UAE once per month, for the period of three months according to the campaign agenda in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

10. Monthly/Annual Promotional Campaign on Social Media

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain an advertising campaign on all social media platforms of 20,000 advertising messages per month. The promotional content of your entity shall be broadcast monthly, and shall be updated with the same monthly rate for 6 months according to the schedule, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

11. Monthly Free Editions of the Business and Finance Club Magazine

In return for participation in the Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain 200 free editions of the magazine of the monthly releases, and the logo of your entity shall be printed on its front cover as a participant in the comprehensive category for a full year, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

12. Total Cost:

In return for …………… participation in Platinum category (Comprehensive Program) during the #72_hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021 - for a full year and enjoying all the items of the contract- the total value shall be only USD 50.000 (only fifty thousand USD) payable by a cheque to the Business and Finance Group.
