The #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021.

1. Information Listing for the Investment Opportunities or any Approved Services in the Traveler Guide for the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021.

In return for participation in the Silver category (Sub Participant) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have the chance to list its investment opportunities or any of the approved services of the program in the Traveler Guide’s printed and digital copies. Traveler Guide is considered the approved reference for the agenda of the Multi Road Shows Program events. It shall be printed in one million and five hundred thousand copies, and considered the largest medium of advertising spread worldwide directly on a regular basis. Those copies shall be

distributed to all official entities such as airports, embassies and the chambers of commerce, and shall contain important information about the general law, tariffs, exports and imports. Your entity shall list its information concerning the investment opportunities for marketing purposes, in addition to more than six thousands listed investment opportunities with a marketing value of more than one hundred and fifty billion US dollars, or any of the approved services of the programs. Also, your entity shall get (500) copies and the logo of your entity is printed on its front cover. In addition, your entity shall have the link to the Traveler Guide, which enables your entity to update your information periodically throughout the year, and shall reach the subscribers directly through the mobile phones, so that your entity shall get the largest database with accurate content, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

2. Monthly/Annual Road Shows Program

In return for participation in the Silver category (Sub Participant) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for

Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have the chance for three of its executive officers to participate, attend, and introduce the investment opportunities or any other services, through the Multi Road Shows Program over a period of 12 months according to your monthly sector. The executive officers at your entity shall be able to meet with businessmen and their entities desiring to make investments, and your executive officers shall receive important services. Your entity shall participate and attend twelve visits between the two countries on a monthly basis, according to the program agenda, which shall be provided to you. In addition, your entity shall obtain promotional materials in the form of Roll Up for 1 list including the advertising material, the name of your entity, and the type of your investment opportunity, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

3. Advertising Campaign within the Special Edition of Business and Finance Club Magazine – (Arabic)

In return for participation in the Silver category (Sub Participant) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have one A4 advertising page in Arabic, to be published within the special edition of the Business and Finance Club Magazine according to the program of the promotional campaign, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

4. Press and Advertising Campaign (Arabic – English) for Three Months in the Daily Digital Business and Finance Club Magazine

In return for participation in the Silver category (Sub Participant) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing

Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have the chance to list the editorial content to market your investment opportunities. In addition to listing the advertising material in Arabic and English in the form of a pixel bar, and updating the advertising and editorial material monthly to be re-published for three months, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

5. Promotional Campaign for Three Months through Social Media Engines

In return for participation in the Silver category (Sub Participant) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall obtain monthly listing of advertising and promotional information. So that your entity may offer their investment opportunities or any other approved services of the program on the most important social media platforms, by 1000 advertising messages distributed to the most important social media engines for one week per month. The promotional material shall be updated and re-published for three months according to the same period and program agenda, in parallel with launch

of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

6. International Concierge Service within Traveler Guide

In return for participation in the Silver category (Sub Participant) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have a free international Concierge service for two executive officers for one year.

• Membership of the registration service for licenses and commercial registers of the new entities in Saudi Arabia and Emirates
• Membership of monthly informational listing in the digital edition of Business and Finance Club Magazine, around 50 words.
• Membership of daily informational listing service in the digital edition of Business and Finance Club Magazine, around 50 words.
• Membership of informational listing service of your investment opportunity in the Traveler Guide for marketing purposes through the Road Shows program.

• Membership of tariff rates for renting and owning residential and commercial real estate.
• Membership of free international roaming service for two persons, for a full year.
• Membership of special prices services for international flight tickets for two persons, for a full year.
• Membership of international travel insurance policy services for two persons, for a full year.
• Membership of special prices services for international and local hotel reservations for two persons, for a full year.
• Membership of special prices services for transportations for two persons, for a full year.
• Membership of local and international remote e-shopping services for more than billion products, for two persons.
• Membership of cash back services by 30% of all purchases through Traveler Guide portal, for two persons, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

7. Free Editions of Business and Finance Club Magazine:

In return for participation in the Silver category (Sub Participant) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited

Investment), during the #72_Hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, ………… shall have 50 free copies of the special issue of Business and Finance Club Magazine, and the logo of your entity shall be printed on the front cover, in parallel with launch of Road Shows Program as from 30 April 2020 up to 30 April 2021.

8. Total Cost:

In return for your entity’s participation in Silver category (Sub Participant) as a registered entity under the Form (Unlimited Investment) during the #72_hours_Saudi_Emirati Program for Wealth Creation and Marketing Investment Opportunities and Multi Road Shows 2020/2021, and enjoying all the items of the contract, the total value shall be only USD 25.000 (only twenty-five thousand USD) payable by a cheque to the Business and Finance Group.
