business & finance club - Saudi Arabia : Saudi Arabia and Vietnam have signed agreements to increase cooperation in the oil and gas sectors.
The Saudi Press Agency reports this includes possible Saudi investment in Vietnamese refineries.
Vietnam's trade and industry minister, Vu Huy Hoang, and the Saudi oil minister, Ali Naimi, have signed protocols on cooperation in hydrocarbon and minerals development.
The Vietnamese president, Nguyen Minh Triet, is also visiting the Saudi capital, Riyadh
