Business & Finance Club - Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties Saturday confirmed the handing over of apartments to homeowners at Al Bandar, the first residential community to be delivered within Al Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi. The process began last week with the first resident moving in last Monday.

Al Bandar is home to modern apartments and duplexes, loft-style residences and larger family apartments, all with balconies and waterside views. It is divided into three zones — Al Naseem, Al Barza and Al Manara.

Aldar said the integrated residential community will provide its residents, and those from the wider community with a range of retail and leisure facilities, cafes and restaurants. It will have 3,5000 square metres of retail space.
