The hotel, which operates with its twin property Hotel Al-Khozama in the city under the Rosewood banner, has also made elaborate arrangements for Ramadan.
Peter Finamore, Al-Faisaliah’s managing director, said that “the hotel would increase its capacity from 224 rooms to 330 rooms after the opening” of the south bloc adjacent to the landmark Faisaliah Tower.
“This will be in addition to a top-notch women’s spa that is to be opened early next year if the project is given the green light by the government’s regulatory authorities,” he said, while speaking at a press conference on Monday.
The press conference was also attended by Hussein Ali Hatata, vice president for hotels division at Al-Khozama Management Company (AKMC), the owners of the two properties in Riyadh besides the world-class five-star Al-Shohada Hotel in Makkah.
Al-Shohada, which is ideally located close to the Grand Mosque and has 494 rooms, is one of the Kingdom’s best hotels, according to Sameh Al-Nashar, its general manager.
