Business & Finance Club - Abu Dhabi: Khidmah, Abu Dhabi's first Emirati-owned and operated services management company, yesterday announced its appointment by Musanada, the Abu Dhabi General Services company, to provide facility management services for 234 mosques in Abu Dhabi's western region.
Khidmah was awarded this contract through a highly competitive tendering process.
There are about 1,500 mosques across Abu Dhabi Emirate that Musanada manages on behalf of its client Awqaf.
This contract calls for the management and performance of all maintenance work, including fully-managed mechanical, electrical, plumbing and handyman services, as well as planned preventative maintenance and surveys for 234 mosques.
Khidmah said it plans to provide facility management services to Musanada in stringent compliance with the best industry practices and using the most up-to-date technologies, giving value for money solutions and efficient service.

To ensure full coverage, Khidmah will commence these services before Ramadan begins, the company said.
