Business & Finance Club - Manama : The seventh batch of graduates of Bahrain’s Crown Prince's International Scholarship Programme (CPISP) were honoured at an event yesterday (August 8) in Manama.
It was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander.
Ten students were presented with certificates following their graduation from some of the top universities in the US and the UK.
HRH the Crown Prince congratulated the students on their achievements, which he said reflected their ability to excel on an international level and deserved continued support.
He expressed his pride at the accomplishments of the CPISP, affirming his efforts to establish a programme to nurture and support the talents and capabilities of Bahrain's outstanding youth.
The objective is to prepare the coming generations for the demands of the future, he added.
He also thanked CPISP officials, sponsors and supporters for their efforts to help the programme achieve its objectives. CPISP participant Faisal Buali thanked the Crown Prince for his continued support.
He said the programme had enabled students to earn educational degrees at top international universities and prepare them for their future careers, which will allow them to give back to their country.
Also present at the event were Crown Prince's Court president Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa, CPISP board members, sponsors and families. |
