After a minor glitch, the UAE's Al Hosn App is back up

Princess Tarfa

The UAE government said on Sunday that the Al Hosn App is back up and running following a brief outage last week.

“We want to reaffirm that the Al-Hosn App is presently operating efficiently and effectively and all users may receive the results of PCR nose swab, DPI laser blood test, and vaccination status through the application,” the authorities informed the media.

As part of an attempt to preserve public health and safety in the face of the pandemic, the responsible authorities had already implemented all necessary steps, specifically in terms of high-level technical solutions, to ensure the efficacy of the Al Hosn App's execution at all times.

“We guarantee that the duty for seeing the results of the tests and the state of vaccinations is chiefly related to the responsible health care institution that offers the service, which is associated with the Al Hosn App,” said the health ministry.

“We would also like to confirm that the appropriate authorities have upgraded the call centre for the Al Hosn application,” the experts stated.

Users can approach the Al Hosn Application team via the toll-free number 8004676 if they have any questions.”
