Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara) has welcomed its second class of student interns as part of its 2021 Internship Program. Sixteen student interns, six with diplomas and ten with bachelor's degrees, joined Sadara. Nine of the degree recipients are female.

So far during 2021, the firm has welcomed 36 student interns from technical and administrative majors. Students from five different educational institutions have been recruited for this new batch: Jubail University College (JUC), Jubail Industrial College (JIC), Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Prince Mohammed bin Fahad University, and Jeddah University.

Farhan Al-Qahtani, Sadara's Vice President of Industrial Relations, stated, "The Sadara team works relentlessly to fulfill the company's defined targets for social responsibility and human resource strategy." We were indeed delighted to witness the continuation of our productive partnership with Saudi educational partners!

“Our endeavors are constantly focused on contributing to the Kingdom's Vision 2030, with the mutual aim of developing and certifying the nation's best and brightest to meet the Saudi market's demand and the company's ongoing need for fresh talent.”

The Sadara Internship Program is one of the company's main Non-Employee Training programs, assisting Sadara business lines in meeting their workforce requirements.

The Internship Program selects extremely capable trainees from local educational institutions and produces a pool of eligible national talent who've been coached, monitored, and assessed for an extended period within the Sadara workplace setting.

This also allows students from approved colleges and institutions to obtain practical skills while working, integrating classroom-based education with professional job experience.
