To gain key clients, World Security expanding service offerings

Princess Tarfa

World Security, a DP World organization, hosted a webinar for key customers and stakeholders to learn more about the entity's services and the various benefits of operating in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza).

According to a press release issued by World Security on Sunday, the virtual program was conducted following the popularity of the first webinar held last year.

The webinar, which took place on April 7, 2021, centered on World Security's journey since its founding in 1975, with a particular emphasis on the extension of a broad range of services, such as AYDI Manpower Solutions, which debuted in 2018, and Soft Services — Facility Management (FM), which debuted in 2020. World Security can provide cleaning and disinfection facilities, and sterilization, housekeeping, and other outsourced services, via their newest offerings.

The entity's top priority has always been to maintain optimum protection while complying with the guidelines set out by the local authorities. However, in light of the recent surge in demand for cleaning and disinfection services, the company has invested extensively in delivering top-notch services delivered by well-trained workers who are qualified to operate cutting-edge machinery.

World Security's range of groundbreaking technologies, including remote control capabilities, sophisticated robotics, and surveillance equipment, has cemented its position as Dubai's security pioneer, with purpose-built solutions that are critical in protecting client’s assets and valuable resources. “The planet has changed in many ways since the onset of the global pandemic. People have realized the value of providing a safe environment. Organizations, retail stores, and public spaces are also willing to increase security service investment,” said Ayoub Al Mulla, Chief Operating Officer of World Security.

“At World Security, we recognize the increasing concern about safety and are prepared to include a range of resources, including staff and technology-enabled solutions, to safeguard our customers' interests. Through our customized manpower solutions, our primary goal is to enable our customers' success and ensure their well-being. Our services are consistent with relevant regulatory legislation, and our customer-focused approach has increased our customer's faith in the best solutions we provide.”

“Despite the ongoing pandemic, we have offered sanitization services for over 15 million sq meters and successfully decontaminated over 60K vehicles,” Al Mulla added. We've also established ourselves as a go-to solution provider for the hospitality industry, attracting prominent clients.”
