On the eve of Eid Al-Fitr, King Salman greets people locals and Muslims all over the world

Keeper of the Two Holy Mosques On the eve of Eid Al-Fitr, King Salman welcomed Saudi people, locals, and Muslims around the world.

Majid Al-Qasabi, Acting Minister of Media, gave a speech on Wednesday.

King Salman prayed to Allah, pleading for Him to alleviate the suffering and harmful consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.

King Salman stated in his message that he is "optimistic about the constructive measures in place to make sure peace in the Arab world so that freedom and development reign in all regions of the world."

As per the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Saudi Arabia has already been working to condemn extremism and fight terrorism since its creation by King Abdulaziz, and has always stood by the international organizations in all that supports the protection of the world and the preservation of peace.

"Praise be to Allah Almighty for rewarding us in this land, as leaders and people, to represent the Two Holy Mosques and pilgrims, Umrah performers, and tourists, which we are privileged to do. We go to extraordinary lengths to serve them "said the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

Because of the coronavirus crisis, King Salman said, "Our mission is to protect pilgrims and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques and give them better the highest safety standards." He added, "We are immensely proud of our daughters' participation inside Hajj and Umrah security staff this year."

In light of the COVID-19 crisis, he said that the Saudi government has taken many steps this year and has based its focus on protecting them and ensuring them with the maximum safety requirements.

“Battling this pandemic that has afflicted the world to necessitates us to abide by health initiatives outlined by the health ministry, including social distancing and the requirement to take the vaccine, which will function to immunize our dear people and residents,” King Salman said.

"I express my gratitude to the male and female staff posted in all military, political, and health establishments for spending Eid away from family and friends," he concluded.
