DIFC FinTech receives worldwide recognition

DIFC FinTech Hive, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region's first and biggest financial technology accelerator, has been awarded one of the "World's Best Innovation Labs" by Global Finance for 2021.

The annual study on the main actors and new trends in FinTech innovation, which is in its fourth year, is one of the most trustworthy sources in the industry, analyzing laboratories conducted by banks, governments, venture capitalists, NGOs, and universities all around the world.

“This is an honor that Global Finance recognizes DIFC FinTech Hive's work in FinTech innovation by placing us all on the list of the World's Best Innovation Labs in 2021,” stated Raja Al Mazrouei, Executive Vice President of DIFC FinTech Hive. To, date DIFC FinTech Hive has raised over $300 million in funding, generated hundreds of jobs, and assisted over 100 businesses around the area.
