The Sharjah Child-Friendly Office has launched a new platform of free educational tools.

The Sharjah Child-Friendly Office (SCFO), a subsidiary of Sharjah's Supreme Council for Family Affairs (SCFA), has opened a new website, https://sharjahchildfriendlyoffice.ae, to provide the public with instant access to information about its projects and strategies aimed at promoting and trying to elevate children's rights in the emirate.

The website has a section devoted to the 'SCFO Academy,' which was established last year to boost children's rights and foster a more child- and family-friendly community in Sharjah and the UAE.

All of the academy's literature, including knowledge and instructional resources as well as resource packages, is targeted at members of the community and organizations and is free and accessible, and downloadable by website visitors. These include all learning information developed by SCFO ever since inception, such as Parenting and Covid 19, as well as a dedicated section that will include guidance and tools for organizations interested in joining the Baby and Family Friendly initiative.

The new website employs a user-friendly framework for both desktop and mobile users to demonstrate SCFO's programs, which would include the Sharjah Baby and Family Friendly project, the Sharjah Child-Friendly City project, which was inaugurated in accordance with the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund, (UNICEF), and the Baby-Friendly Health Facilities project.

The website's Media Centre displays all documented news from both print and digital media. The Events section contains information about upcoming activities as well as highlights from previous events.
