The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts and Emaar Properties have signed a collaboration agreement to market the Wills Service offered by the UAE's first English-language common law court.

The deal will promote increased knowledge and consideration of this distinctive public Wills Service across Emaar Properties' portfolio, offering both investors and residents extra security on real estate assets in the UAE.

“It is a public service developed and launched to offer people options,” stated Justice Omar Al Mheiri, Deputy Chief Justice of the DIFC Courts. Over eight million foreigners live in the UAE, most of whom have established and acquired property for their families. Furthermore, the UAE has embraced and permitted numerous overseas investors to participate in real estate. As a result, the DIFC Courts have established a system that provides the ultimate peace of mind whenever it comes to property. This new partnership with one of the UAE's most prominent developers will provide an additional degree of awareness for people considering Dubai and the UAE as a location for property ownership.”

Emaar Properties Executive Board Member Ahmad Matrooshi stated, "The relationship with the DIFC Courts underscores Emaar Properties' commitment to providing the finest standard of life to each of our clients." Emaar Properties is devoted to delivering quality service and safety to all of our residents, and we are committed to moving all of our ventures ahead at a rapid pace.”
