Drake & Scull International (DSI), an industry leader in electromechanical, integrated architecture, engineering, and construction for the water, energy, and oil and gas industries, has obtained contracts worth more than Dhs376 million and expanded its international presence with significant victories in Tunisia, India, and Palestine.

In addition, the firm is bidding on several ventures in Iraq and Kuwait worth more than Dhs1.75 billion, which will strengthen its financial foundations and operational excellence.

DSI's growth is being fuelled by the strong success of its subsidiary, Passavant Energy & Environment, which is strengthening its market in the treating wastewater and pipeline enhancement domains.

“Our new deals and the successful execution of many projects highlight our capabilities to provide world-class EPC and MEP works for challenging projects in the electricity, water, and oil and gas industry,” said Eng. Shafiq Abdelhamid, Chairman of DSI. We keep expanding our presence – not just in the area, but also in major international markets – by focusing on our years of expertise and being led by experienced specialists. This will fuel our company's growth in the coming months as we successfully implement the pandemic's effects and concentrate on building value for our stakeholder groups.”

A few new contracts have been signed by the Company in recent months, including Wastewater Purification projects and Oil and Gas pipeline expansion projects. Around the same schedule, the Company is collaborating on a variety of other foreign ventures and is on track to complete them on time and within budget.”
