According to the airline, passengers must wear masks and maintain social distance while travelling.

On March 28, the airline started flights to Dammam.

Reports from Dubai: Oman Air will resume flights to Riyadh on April 1, with four flights per week, according to a report. As international travel restarts despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the airline already started flights to Dammam on March 28. Travelers should compulsorily wear a mask and maintain social distance, according to the airline, which noted strictly that it will keep taking effective steps to stop the virus from spreading.

In the meantime, owing to the "operational reasons," the Oman's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has temporarily stopped all the flights between Muscat and Dubai.

“The flights were halted for operational reasons because the two nations had opposing viewpoints on planned flights”, a senior CAA official said in reports.

Flights to and from other places in Emirates were unchanged by the declaration and were still running. The senior official further says.

The CAA was in contact with its UAE counterpart to resolve this ongoing issue. Reports disclosed, according to the official.
