Hala Al Turk, a young Bahraini singer, was facing criticism on social media as a result of a complaint against her mother, according to MBC-Trending. The public reacted negatively, accusing her of filing a lawsuit against her mother, which was not the case.
During a telephonic conversation with MBC Trending, Mohammed Al Jasim-Al Turk's lawyer confirmed that "Hala" is already under the age of majority (minor), and therefore she is not entitled to prosecute her mother.
As a result, the complaint against Mrs. Mona Al Saber was filed by Hala's father, and the judgment was based on records and proven evidence, according to Al Jasim. “The court decision has nothing to do with Hala. Furthermore, she was forced to join the hearing despite her objections, and her testimony in court was at her mother's request,” the lawyer said.
“Until Hala's father requested she move her to his custody, Hala's mother was the guardian of her money and bank accounts. When the case was decided in the father's favor, the mother took the money from Hala's savings account despite her promise not to.
“The money was taken out after the court ordered Hala to be returned to her father's custody. There is no suggestion that the mother took the money and used it to pay for her children's school fees and schooling. As a result, the mother was found guilty of deceit by the court, and she was given a deadline to give the money back,” the lawyer told MBC-Trending.
False information about Hala was posted on social media, causing her psychological pain and violence. The young artist confirmed that she stayed quiet because it was a personal matter that should not be publicized. She reaffirmed her love and admiration for her mother and the fact that their relationship is still going strong and they will never be apart. She said, "My family always comes first, and money will never be a source of friction."
Hala urged people to love, say the truth, and not to pass judgment without knowing all sides, specifically as the Holy Month of Ramadan approaches because harassment has a negative impact on oneself. She also wished everyone a blessed Ramadan full of compassion, tolerance, and goodwill. It's worth noting that Hala is still studying at university and is getting ready for her new work According to a 2019 article, Modhesh World was planning a show by Arab vocal talent to commemorate its 20th anniversary. Hala was expected to charm the audience with her all-time hits and new releases.
