Tawakkalna already has over 20 million users in the months since its introduction.

The record registration rate represents the application's high degree of dependability as among the most efficient and beneficial digital solutions, which was introduced by the ministry in collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) on May 11 last year as part of the ministry's support for international health measures to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tawakkalna, created by the National Information Center, is the official app implemented by the Ministry of Health to limit the spread of coronavirus.

The software is available on Apple's iOS and Google's Android Play stores. The software offers real-time data on the number of coronavirus outbreaks in the Kingdom and aids in the early identification of potential infections as consumers exhibit coronavirus symptoms.

In endeavors to support the state's attempts to combat the coronavirus pandemic, and to guarantee that these initiatives cover both people and residents, including those who breach citizenship and labor laws, the Tawakkalna Application Department requires us to enroll in the application expatriate employees who have any structural issues, on humanitarian grounds.

The explanation for this is that the Tawakkalna software has proven its efficacy as a prevention protocol to reduce the transmission of coronavirus, and the application is adding government resources at a rapid pace to achieve the desired aim of becoming a robust app that includes all of the services that citizens, residents, and visitors require to carrying out their everyday tasks.
