Revonic, a regional pioneer in the design and optimization of digital experiences, today announced that REXA, its profound analytics tool, is now available in the Saudi Arabian market.

The tool is anticipated to pique the interest of businesses looking to assess the impact of their digital transformation initiatives on growth indicators such as conversion rates.

By January 2021, Saudi Arabia's internet penetration had reached 95.7 %, with a growing trend in e-commerce owing to pandemic-related lockdowns. According to data from August 2020, when COVID-19 limitations were in force, the number of Saudi online consumers might reach 19.3 million by next year, up from 11.6 million in 2017. The kingdom's e-commerce business is expected to exceed US$7 billion in 2021 and reach about US$8.7 billion by 2025.

The Revonic eCommerce Experience Assessment (REXA) enables digital enterprises to dive deep into the real-world effect of their platform, assessing best practice criteria relating to data, content, user experience, and technology, and their combined influence on conversion rates. REXA delivers specific, actionable information about how to enhance productivity, increase revenue development, and increase the ROI through an e-commerce channel using rich, complex reporting frameworks.

“Revonic's initiative to data and actionable knowledge has demonstrated results,” stated Adam Cukrowski, Revonic's Founder and CEO. “With the introduction of our REXA platform, businesses across the kingdom would be able to trace their digital journeys with more confidence in the new reality, obtaining important insight from thorough, real-world performance monitoring, and making informed choices.” We look forward to connecting closely with Saudi enterprises to advance their digitalization journeys with customer experiences at the forefront.”

REXA is intended for use with existing e-commerce platforms such as websites or apps, and platforms in the works. The tool will assist organizations who are attempting to improve or optimize the conversion experience including projects in the MVP phase. In the GCC, Revonic has built a solid reputation for optimizing digital experiences. It has collaborated with Riyadh Bank, the Red Sea Project, ROSHN Real Estate, and the King Abdullah Financial District in Saudi Arabia.
