Excitement as the University of Sharjah holds on-site final examinations for a variety of courses

The University of Sharjah administered on-site final exams for advanced, graduate, laboratory and clinical, and medical degree courses during the Spring Semester. The e-course management system is used to finish all other general courses online.

Professor Hamid M.K. Al Naimiy, Chancellor of the University, told the University Administration that it is committed to providing the best possible circumstances for the students to take their final examinations while implementing the preventative and precautionary measures which have been established.

He stated that the institution has implemented a series of programs and steps to make the examination procedure easier at its head office and some other branches.

Prof. Sherif Sedky, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, said that the institution has established various guidelines that take into consideration any exceptional conditions that students face and enable examination procedures on-site or distantly.

According to Dr. Hussein El Mahdi, Dean of Academic Support Services, the number of students enrolled to take examinations on campus has attained 10,000, based on the principle that is dependent on the kind of courses and their prerequisites.

A majority of University of Sharjah students who took the Spring Semester final examinations on-site shared their joy at returning to the lecture halls and commended the University's diverse exam infrastructure and instruments.
