The PCB receives permission to hold the remaining PSL matches

As per the Pakistani media, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has received permission from UAE officials to host the remaining matches of the sixth season of the Pakistan Super League. On Monday, Pakistani media confirmed the report.

Delegates from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are in the UAE to talk with the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) to get the tournament back on track as soon as possible.

As of now, the ECB has not published any declarations. However, it is still unclear if the matches would be held in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, according to sources close to the PCB.

As per reports, all players will be subjected to an obligatory PCR test in the next two days. If the results are negative, they will be required to produce their passports so that they can finish the travel formalities.

The UAE authorities should make 10-day quarantine necessary for all players and officials upon arrival in the nation.

The location of the matches, however, is yet to be known. Whether it will be Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi. The location will be decided upon later.

The PSL sixth edition was suspended in early March after a handful of players and staff members screened positive for the coronavirus.
