The Sharjah Exports Development Centre (SEDC), a Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) program, has declared intentions to deploy a trade initiative to Russia in September of next year.

A chamber group of entrepreneurs and investors will go to the transcontinental country to expand economic links, grow industries, increase trade exchanges, and build new and exciting investment relationships with Russian peers.

The centre would also participate in the world's leading food fair "Anuga," which would be held in Germany on October 9, 2021, to support and encourage national food exports and sell them in one of Europe's and the world's largest food exhibitions.

The SEDC would also take part in “SIAL Middle East,” the foremost food, beverage, and hospitality incident, which also will take place from September 7 to 9 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

The SCCI's Director-General, Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, said that the center's goals would unquestionably benefit the emirate's business community and assist the SCCI's aims to improve cooperative relationships with all nations and increase the emirate's sales to the globe.

“It, therefore, highlights the chamber's goal of emphasizing the strengths of the business community in Sharjah and the UAE, which is extraordinary for its economic and commercial openness, and an extraordinary business climate favorable to investments, money, and industries,” Al Awadi added.
