MYMEDICLINIC 24x7, Mediclinic Middle East's new online appointment management and telemedicine platform, was recently launched. Patients may now use the MYMEDICLINIC 24X7 app to:

· Explore profiles of Mediclinic doctors and healthcare practitioners from all seven hospitals and twenty outpatient clinics in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain.

· Search for and choose physicians based on their specialty, location, languages are spoken, healthcare coverage, and gender.

· Explore all available in-person and video appointments and select the best time and day for them.

· Schedule an appointment online.

· Cancel or reschedule a booking

· Receive updates if their doctor becomes available sooner.

· Receive appointment reminder emails

· Consult a doctor through video consultation.

· Upload all required identification and insurance papers.

· Appointments for family members should be scheduled and managed.

MYMEDICLINIC 24X7, technology-driven developed by Okadoc, the Dubai-based online doctor appointment platform, and made feasible through integration with InterSystems TrakCare® Mediclinic's new unified healthcare information system, allows Mediclinic Middle East patients to book an in-person or virtual appointment at any time, and carry out a video consultation.

“Mediclinic Middle East was always devoted to offering the greatest standard of healthcare to its patients, so this standard of service should commence right from the beginning of our patient's healthcare journey with us,” said Hein van Eck, Chief Strategy Officer. Patients get access to medical care at their fingertips with MYMEDICLINIC 24x7.

They can choose their doctor, book, reschedule, or cancel appointments, and even carry out video consultations with several clicks on their mobile device or computer. We were extremely thrilled to bring MYMEDICLINIC 24x7 to the UAE public and are convinced that doing so will give our patients the flexibility, immediacy, and convenience that they expect and deserve.”

“We are delighted to collaborate with Mediclinic, one of the region's largest premium healthcare suppliers offering them a seamless integration platform, streamlining patient booking processes, improving customer satisfaction even while lowering costs and enhancing revenues and profitability,” said Fodhil Benturquia, CEO and Founder of Okadoc. Okadoc's technology provides a completely incorporated scalable multi-channel platform spanning mobile and online, addressing a prominent difficulty in the healthcare business, appointment no-shows. Okadoc has decreased the number of no-shows for partner healthcare providers by 75% too far but has seen up to 30% of appointments scheduled via call centres switch to online over the course of a year. This collaboration marks yet another major milestone in our ongoing engagement, assisting Mediclinic on its journey toward digital transformation.”

“We are delighted to deliver a complete solution to a prominent healthcare company including Mediclinic by integrating our TrakCare unified Electronic Medical Record with Okadoc's innovative telemedicine platform,” said Ali Abi Raad, Country Manager for the Middle East and India at InterSystems. Okadoc and InterSystems are completely integrated. TrakCare offers Mediclinic with innovative telehealth technology that enables patients to have immediate access to their doctors and healthcare services while still ensure that the patients receive the treatment they require remotely and safely.”

MYMEDICLINIC 24x7 is accessible for Apple and Android devices, or you may visit www.mediclinic.ae.
